To install and use WinSettings: run the downloaded EXE file and install the program to a folder of your choice. Once it is installed and running, all WinSettings commands can be accessed via right clicking on the program tray icon in the system tray (next to the Clock).

To uninstall: If you see the WinSettings program tray icon in your system tray (next to the Clock), it indicated that the program is running. First right click on the tray icon and select Exit in the right click menu to exit the program. Then, use Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel and follow the standard Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP Uninstall steps to uninstall WinSettings. It completely follows Microsoft Windows Uninstall Standards.
