You can cancel an auto-renewing service by following these steps:
- Click on the "Cancel" link displayed for the service on the My Services page.
- Sign in with your Yahoo! ID and password if prompted to do so.
- Click on the "Cancel My Subscription" button at the bottom of the page to confirm your change. (If you change your mind and decide not to cancel your service, click on the "No, Do Not Cancel" button at the bottom of the page to go back to the My Services page.)
- If your cancellation is successful, you will see a confirmation page. (An email message confirming your cancellation will also be sent to you.)
- Click on the "Back to My Billing Info" link at the bottom of the confirmation page to return to the My Services page. Please note that, in some cases, it may take up to 24 hours for changes to your services to be reflected on the My Services page.
Please note: To ensure that your credit card will not be charged for your service's next billing period, you must cancel the service at least one day before the next scheduled billing date.
