It is illegal for a firm whose activities
fall within the scope of the FSA
to trade without authorisation

If you have a complaint about your insurance, you should complain to the firm first, but if you are unhappy with the firm's decision on your complaint, please contact the Financial Ombudsman Service at www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk call 0845 080 1800
