arrival in EUR, in CZK or by Credit card, as you wish.

1. We send you our confirmation with the exact address, final calculation and
all useful informations by email /fax within 24 hours. If for some technical
reason we are not able to answer you within 24 hours we will give you a discount
2. as our office is located very close to the Prague city centrum if there is
any problem during your stay we can assist you within 30-60 minutes and fix the
problem.
3. our emergency mobile phone is always on so you can reach us any time.
4. there is a cleaning service free of charge after every 3rd night
