Please be advised that if you submit a Diners Club credit card for payment of your booking, the transaction will be charged in a different currency to the one in which your booking rates were quoted. The cost of your booking is converted using our bank's exchange rates on the day of the transaction. Gtahotels.com can not be held responsible for currency exchange rates or bank surcharges whatever the circumstances.

Rate displays on our website can be viewed in different currencies. These rates are to be used as a guide only. The actual currency and amount that will be charged will be shown to you on the actual Booking page. The default currency for charges will be EURO.

Complaints: Any complaint which cannot be resolved at the hotel must be notified in writing to Gtahotels.com within 3 days of the check out date. A copy of the complaint must be also be submitted to and signed by the hotel manager.
Gtahotels.com aims to provide its clients with all the services requested from our company. In exceptional circumstances, when the hotel is not able to honour your reservation due to overbooking or any other circumstances, we will endeavour to offer you an alternative of comparable price and standards. |
