Features 3 paragraphs about your business (focusing on your specialty),
full color logo, 1 -2 pictures from photos you supply, and an easy-to-use
way to get around your site - known as universal navigation.
2. Contact Page**
Includes primary phone numbers, toll free phone number, fax number,
your existing email address linked to email, up to 5 specialty listing
for people or services (such as customer service, reservations, etc.)
with direct phone or existing email addresses. This page will also have
your postal mail address, and may include written directions you may have
from the nearest airport to your location (or similar instructions you
may use frequently).
3. Resort Rooms/Property Page**
With length up to 3 screens** it may include 3 photos you provide
and descriptions you provide which we will edit to best target your users,
search engines and directories
4. Additional Services or information Page**
Every business offers some kinds of services, either included in prices
for other things or separately. You may wish to include local area or
location information with length up to 3 screens.
5. Rates Page**
We will help create table or listings of your rates or prices.
6. Form Page
It may contain up to 12 fields of information you want to know from
your web users, and giving your web users space to ask you questions or
send you comments.

2. In addition to these, we will submit your
site to 2 specialty directories which are appropriate to your business
that allow free listings. (We can discuss additional listings, and whether
or not you want to pay to be included in other directories that charge
a fee.)
Promotion Starters option
1. Web promotions work! Regulary (seasonally)
we will provide timely suggestions for special promotions including graphics,
banners, a special section on your rate page with your details of your
offer. These banners attract attention and interest. You will be able
to choose from 3 idea starter banners each time. Your site will benefit
from running promotions! To define your promotion and get responses (form)
to your promotion - all you have to do is determine the guidelines and
what you want to promote. We'll even help you do that!
Powerful promotions during slow seasons can increase your business. (Custom
banners are also available at $45 each)
QuickBrochure
If you have a brochure***, we will make it accessible from your
web site electronically! Visitors to your site can get your brochure immediately!
You save postage, handling and time! You will also get the name and email
address of everyone who received your brochure through QuickBrochures.
(The QuickBrochure in this package offer is limited
to your brochure being a 9X12 inch, one sheet of paper, full-color brochure.

Costs
The cost of a Dibbern & Dibbern Golden Nugget Web site
is $150 a month for a minimum of two years.
This includes all of the initial design work identified above including
preparation of your photos and text (content), and includes the maintenance
described above. This amount is charge quarterly ion advance in US dollars.
This monthly charge does not include the purchase of your own domain
name (Address) We can obtain a domain name on your behalf for a flat
fee of $45 for one year. This is a separate charge as you may already
own a domain and we can work with that.
This monthly charge does not include web hosting - a server (computer)
where your web site lives and is accessed by the world. We can arrange
web hosting for as little as $35 a month
- and you would pay this charge directly to the host. There is a flat
$150 one-time domain setup fee. If you already have a host, or prefer
a specific host, we can work with your choice in most cases.
Additional photos are charged at a flat rate of $24 each for preparation
and inclusion in your web site. (a one time charge)
Once your web site is complete, changes or additions to your web site
not stated above are not included, but can be done for you for an additional
charge.
The Golden Nugget program is a semi-custom program as defined on this
page. If you are ready for a fully custom web site, or web site remodeling,

Reports
You'll want to know how well your web site is drawing visitors.
We can provide quarterly reports on the number of users and the number
of hits your web site received*. We'll analyze these numbers and continuously
recommend improvements to your site. Quarterly reports have a cost $100
annual initial raw data charge plus $40 for each report when using our
recommended host. If you have your own host, the raw data charge may vary.
Aggressive Search Engine Program
When your web site is up and running, you may want a prominent
position in the best of the search engines and directories. We offer a
complete program in addition to the above submissions. We work together
with you on key words and phrases, budgeting versus positioning and insight
into the ever-changing race against the competition. Due to our excellent
results in this area, we do limit our Aggressive Search Engine Program
to no more than 3 businesses in the same category.

The Golden Nugget Web site is a semi-custom site utilizing what we know

*What is a page? - and other technical definitions
**A page is defined as material contained on screen by scrolling
through a maximum of 3 complete new screens. Some of the reasons for the
length limitations are: 1. So your users don't have to trip through all
kinds of other information to find what they want, 2. Faster load time
then long pages, 3. Higher ranking in search engines to focus the subject
of a page.
All photos you provide must be owned by you or you must own the
copyright to use them. We will convert them to web images, adjust color
balance, brightness, and optimize them for faster loading. You may provide
photos or images on a disk in .jpg/.jpeg format, or as slides- but slides
and photos will not be returned. In some cases we can use photos from
your full color printed brochure.
Hits and user logs are maintained by the host and we can interpret
them for you from most host providers for your reports.
