National African American History Month Charles Cunningham is Forms Control Manager for Directives Management, Records and Publishing Services, Bureau of Administration. As Forms Manager, he is responsible for design, revision, and approval of all official Department of State forms. He is also the Department’s liaison with GSA for interagency forms. U.S. Commitment to Women in the Middle East As part of the U.S. commitment to advance freedom in the Arab world, the Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI) recognizes women’s issues as one of four pillars integral to reform in the region along with political, educational, and economic advancements. Of the $129 million that the U.S. has committed to MEPI, $9 million has been dedicated to the women's pillar thus far. [more]
