people you have hired. We came to MonsterCommerce after experiencing "the shopping
cart from hell" for 6 months. That actually involved more than one cart - and
a very poor web host. Finally, Jerry Trump, our marketing exec, said "enough" and

were incredible. They were understanding of our inexperience in computers,

I hope I remember all the names of the men we have worked
with - we began with Ryan. Ryan spoke to Jerry to tell him about the product,
and about the support service you offer. That had been one of the biggest problems

confident that if there are any problems left to be resolved, that your fine
staff will be there to work it all out. I've worked in the field of customer
service, and I know that people are quick to complain, and slow to compliment.
