Electronic Resources
The State Library of Western Australia has a wide range of Australian and International online databases and indexes. Due to licence agreements, most are only for use in the State Library except for Encyclopaedia Britannica Online, which is available for use from home using your public library membership card number.

Events
The What's New section will keep you informed of all current and upcoming events including exhibitions, film screenings, and the annual Western Australian Premier's Book Awards. Many of these events take place in the Centre for the Book.

Tours
Tours can be arranged for small groups or school students by prior arrangement.

The State Library Shop
A specialist retail outlet where you can explore an exciting range of books and other interesting mechandise for sale. The Discard Book Shop, located opposite the State Library Shop provides daily access to discarded library material at an affordable price. Book Sales are also held in metropolitan and country locations.
