Furnitures and
objects, decorated with this technique, propose the charm of the ancientness being realized today.
Considering that these objects (dated '500 '600 '700) are rare on the market and however they reach prohibitive prices for the most greater part of the people, we think that this system of
inlay can worthily integrate in that type of furnishing. The experience acquired in the restauration and the passion for the art of the great Teachers of the last
centuries, as they daily see the works, has sustained Roberto Benedetti and Luciana Zanchini in the
developing of the patented technique. |

Then the intuition from the decorated furniture to MARQUETERIE, technique with which in the XVIII century
forniture were decorated with appreciated woods. The furniture of greater merit are those decorated by Joseph Maggiolini.
Therefore the research of a possible fusion of the two techniques to get complements of I furnish of great charm.
The most remarkable characteristics of this procedure in compararion
with the traditional decorations, are:
LIGHTNESS
the marmoreal thickness of just 3 mm doesn't makes them heavy, so a piece of furniture is of easy transport;
ELASTICITY
the marble is fixed on a wooden support that reduces the bumps and it avoids the fragmentation in case of falls;
IMPERMEABILITY' AND EASY MAINTENANCE
ENDURANCE
because of the hardness of the used materials;
EASY RESTAURATION
light grazes, easily repairable, are just the maximum damage that can be
verified. |
