Network & Server Status

This page enables you to view the status of our network and servers. If you're having problems accessing your site, checking mail or using various services it's a good idea to check this page. That way you can check whether there is any technical difficulties being experienced. This monitor scans every 10 minutes to ensure you have the latest information. You should expect to see a green status light next to your server.

NOTE: Due to the amount of servers on the list, the monitoring agent has a 7% margin of error when detecting service status. Servers may appear to be down on this list when it isn't.

Server: PRIMARY Date:4.30AM (-5GMT), February-25-2005 (Thurs)

Due to a scheduled server move, the primary server which includes various customer service departments and site tools will not be available for a period of time. Due to recent growth and the requirement to improve redundancy across all our core customer service portals, the upgrade is necessary.

The server is undergoing a hardware replacement.
Server: OPTERON Date:1.10AM (-5GMT), January-26-2005 (Wed)

The server was undergoing a routine software upgrade when a major software glitch occurred. As a result the core operating system files on this server was corrupted. Technicans are working around the clock to re-load the operating system and its related system software.
Server: GALAXY Date:10.00AM (-5GMT), 8-2-2004 (Monday)

Engineers are working as priority to resolve an issue on this server. At the moment we are looking to see if there is any relationship between the kernel and possible hardware conflicts. The server has been taken offline for hardware inspection. We are conducting detailed tests to see where the errors are.

The following servers will be relocated to a new rack and will be down for 10-16 hours. The servers are being moved to a new and improved facility. Customer's will notice significant speed and connectivity improvements after the relocation. (Scheduled downtime)
