Due to a scheduled server move, the primary server which includes various customer service departments and site tools will not be available for a period of time. Due to recent growth and the requirement to improve redundancy across all our core customer service portals, the upgrade is necessary.

The server was undergoing a routine software upgrade when a major software glitch occurred. As a result the core operating system files on this server was corrupted. Technicans are working around the clock to re-load the operating system and its related system software. |
Server: GALAXY Date:10.00AM (-5GMT), 8-2-2004 (Monday)
Engineers are working as priority to resolve an issue on this server. At the moment we are looking to see if there is any relationship between the kernel and possible hardware conflicts. The server has been taken offline for hardware inspection. We are conducting detailed tests to see where the errors are. |
