Scope Creep |

It has been said that the measure of a good Project Manager is, if asked at any point during the project, they can identify cumulative changes to the scope, or scope creep. Each change should go through a project scope management approval process which identifies the cost in money and time. A process needs to be set up to approve each change. This can be managed through PA where the information required to justify the change is collected, and approval or rejection of the scope tracked. In this way cumulative changes can be monitored.
