Trophy Trout Fishing

Guided Fishing for trophy rainbow trout and Dolly Varden is very good nearly all summer long.  At least one day of trout fishing on the Kenai River is a must for any Kenai Peninsula fishing vacation.  Fishing below Skilak Lake in the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge is excellent from mid June until it is too cold to fish in late October.  This trip is entirely catch and release.
