We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. For our American customers the exchange rate is approx £1 = $2 thus £10 = $20 u s dollars approx - please note this is only a guide.
We accept Visa, Electron, Switch, Solo and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
We now offer 2 options for postage within the United Kingdom, either FIRST CLASS or EXPRESS DELIVERY
To Select UK - EXPRESS DELIVERY just select "UNITED KINGDOM" then click NEXT and under "CLASS OF SERVICE" select "Express Delivery" from the drop down menu - it normally defaults to First Class Post..
Option 1 - UK First Class post just select United Kingdom then First Class Post.
Most United Kingdom orders are dispatched within 1 working day and received within 2 - 4 working days by first class post - Royal Mail. We are unable to guarantee delivery times on this service. Postage rates START from just £2.50
Option 2 - UK - EXPRESS DELIVERY
Orders are sent on a sign for service and delivered within 2 working days. Please list a delivery address where the goods can be signed for, to ensure delivery. i.e work address.
Orders will be delivered by courier between 09.00 - 17.30 hours Monday - Friday.
Please note if you are not in to sign for the package, the goods will be held for your collection at our courier's nearest parcel depo. You only have 7 days to collect your parcel otherwise the package will be returned to sender and additional postal charges will be applied. If you wish to cancel your order at this point we will only refund you the cost of the goods sold, once the items have been sent back to us. If we are unable to attempt delivery within the 2 working days as part of our guarantee we will refund you the DELIVERY COSTS only exception apply during bad weather conditions such as snow where delivery may be delayed.

OVERSEAS ORDERS
Overseas orders are sent by airmail and take on average 2 - 3 weeks to arrive from the dispatch date, although this is NOT guaranteed and some packages may take longer to arrive. Postage rates for international orders start from £8.50. Items are dispatched on a registered service and have tracking / bar code numbers.
Please be aware we DO NOT accept any responsibility what so ever on orders losted due to the fact a customer have submitted an incomplete or invalid postal address, all such losses shall be bourne by the customer alone.
Parcels returned back to us by postal authorities due to customers failure to collect for what ever reason can be resent out agian however additional postage rates will be applied to your order.
We deliver your order right away. We will normally DISPATCH your order within 1 working day via first class Royal Mail, or Express Delivery. You have the option to choose.
For customers wishing a faster guaranteed delivery service within mainland UK, (England, Scotland and Wales only) we now offer "UK - Express Delivery". Orders are sent on a SIGN FOR SERVICE and delivered within 2 working days. Please ensure a delivery address is given where the goods can be signed for, to ensure receipt of goods within 2 working days.
Most First Class Orders are received within a week, however we are unable to guarantee time scales on this service and in the few cases parcels may be delayed for longer periods by the Mail provider. Thus customer wishing or requiring a faster guarantee service should select "UK Express Delivery".
Most of our parcels are dispatched on a registered - sign for service, if you are not available to take delivery you will need to collect the parcel from our mail providers enqueries office. Presently our mail providers are Royal Mail and City Link.
We are unable to investigate any queries relating non-receipt of goods or any other query after five weeks has lapsed from your order date. Customers who have not received their orders must contact us after two weeks has expired from their order date, or before five weeks has lapsed.
International orders are generally received in under 18 days. Please note for international orders all prices are stated in Pound Sterling. For our American customers the exchange rate is approx £1 = $2 thus £10 = $20 u s dollars approx - please note this is only a guide. Customers of the United States should be advised for legal reason that we are unable to sell most of our movie star memorabilia to you.
Please note we only refund the actual cost of the goods in question and not any post or packaging costs incurred. Legally for reasons of hygiene we are unable to give refunds on the following items duvet and bedding sets, underwear and jewelry items, such as cufflinks, rings, pendants, earring and so on.
Any faults / defects MUST be reported to us by email within 3 working days of receipt of your order, this is a reasonable length of time for you to inspect and check your goods. Battery and Light bulb life-times are NOT guaranteed on any product we sell. Email confirmation must be confirmed by us on all returns within 7 working days of receipt of your order.

We will not refund any monies for item sent back to us for what ever reason until we are in receipt of the goods - From this date, one must allow 30 days for refunds to be processed. Please note that credit card refunds will be made without further notification to yourself.
When returning goods, please obtain your own receipt of posting as we cannot be held responsible for items lost / damaged in transit.
ALL ITEMS must be returned back to us within 7 working days from receipt of delivery and you must provide us with the original invoice or despatch note as proof of purchase, otherwise we are unable to process the refund.
We will not process any refunds for goods sent back after 7 working days for whatever reason.
