We are pleased to offer online refund requests and exchange processing to our E-Ticket customers, including WorldPerks Award Travel.
Learn about online E-Ticket refunds, including WorldPerks Award Travel redeposits, obtain refund request forms and get contact information for other refund issues. Customers First policy may apply if the original ticket was purchased within 24 hours. Currently, Customers First Refund is not available on nwa.com. Reservation may be cancelled and ticket refunded within 24 hours after the purchase (by the end of the next day midnight Central Standard Time). Please call Northwest Reservations at 1-800-225-2525 to request Customers First Refund. If the reservation is not cancelled, however, you will not receive a refund unless you have purchased a fully refundable fare.
