Tip for Powder Coating Jig Heads

Secure an oscillating sander upside down with no sandpaper on it. While the sander is running hold the jar of powder coat on the sander. The oscillations will cause the powder to behave like a liquid allowing a very even and complete coating of the jig when dipped into the powder. Remember to preheat the jig or metal object to be coated before dipping and then bake for 10-15 minutes after.
