KIWB-TV is a new network now available in the northstate. Through a historical association between a broadcaster (KRCR), a network (WB), and cable outlets (AT&T Communications, Charter Cable and Marks Cablevision), WB is now on channel 10 on each of those cable systems. This is a cable only channel and currently is received on approximately 100,000 homes in the Chico/Redding market.
