Important: Personalized gifts cannot be returned, please be sure that the item you are ordering is what you are wanting including the lettering style. If you are not sure about an item, our suggestion is to order 1 item personalized for yourself before ordering multiples. You may also email us with any questions or concerns about the item before you order it customized. All sales are final on personalized gifts. Non Customized items may be returned within 10 days of delivery (3 days on jewelry items) with an issued RMA, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price and shipping fees are not refundable. No Exceptions. Each of our gifts are carefully inspected a minimum of 2 times before the order is shipped.

Returned orders without an RMA will be refused and returned to you.
