Return Policy

Incorrect or defective units will be replaced or refunded. Returns for any other reasons will be charged a 10-20% restocking fee (because the manufacturers charge us this fee), and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Any shipping discrepancy must be reported within 7 days from receipts of goods.

Please contact us at service@cozycatfurniture.com to obtain a return authorization number and return instructions.

Note: Returns sent back without a return authorization number are subject to higher restocking fees. Please do not return any items to us directly.

The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt. No exceptions.

The returned item, along with the original box and packing materials, must be in resellable condition.

We do not accept returns other than defective merchandise after product is assembled or used. Credit WILL NOT be issued for damaged or used products. No exceptions.

Returns of personalized items are not accepted unless there is an initial product defect at time of receipt of the item.

Credit will be issued after inspection of the product and the return requirements stated above are met.
