How long does it take to set up my new account?
|

Our Baby Online takes considerable interest in each of our members, the
integrity of our hosted sites, and the security of our web servers. Therefore,
each new account requires a brief validation process before customers
may access their control panel. This process commonly takes between 1
to 12 hours. Once completed, an email confirmation will provide you with
user information and access to your control panel. We feel that this short
delay is a small inconvenience considering the safety benefits to all
our customers.

When will visitors be able to view my website?

Your website will be accessible as soon as you have filled in all the
required fields in the control panel.

How long will it take to add all the required data to my website?
|

It commonly takes about 15-20 minutes to complete your site depending
on the options you have selected and the amount of images files you intend
to load to your Photo Album.

How often can I make changes to my website?

Our Baby Online allows unlimited site updates 24/7 from anywhere you
have access to the Web. You may update your site by logging on to your
control panel any time day or night. Any changes to your site will take
effect immediately.

Do I need a valid E-mail address to purchase my site?
|
|
|

Yes. Your account confirmation and control panel user information will
be E-mailed to you before you can access your account. In addition, the
Guestbook and Contact features require a valid E-mail address in order
to function properly. If you don't already have one, we suggest that you
first sign up for a free E-mail account with either Yahoo
Mail or Hotmail
before applying for your Our Baby Online account.

Will there be any advertising banners on my website?
|

No. We will never post any third party advertising banners to our customer
sites. This is YOUR website only for the purpose of sharing your special
event.

Can my website be password protected?
|
|
|

Yes. The entire site can be protected requiring your visitors to submit
a username and password that you have created. You must request password
protection from the Contact page of your control panel. Remember to include
your desired username and password (different than your control panel
access info) along with your request. Allow 1-24 hours for the changes
to take effect.

Is the control panel secure?

|

Yes. Your control panel can only be accessed by someone knowing your
username and password. Our Baby Online regularly screens customer accounts
for signs of abuse, but it is your responsibility to safeguard your user
info against theft. For more details, please see our

Can my website content be written in any language?
|
|
|

Yes. You may write your site in the language of your choice (special
type characters yet untested).
|

Do I need my own Internet service provider or website hosting account?
|
|
|
 |
No. Your website will be hosted on our servers. You only need to have
a way to access the Internet in order to use your control panel. If you
do not have Internet access at home, try using the terminal of a friend,
family member, library, Internet cafe or office supply store such as Kinko's.

How can I get help if I am having trouble building or viewing my website?
|
|
|

If you are experiencing problems that cannot be solved by reading the
Support page from your control panel, feel free to contact
us any time and a technician will assist you directly. You may also
post questions or concerns on our Support

How do I pay for my website?
|
|
|

Once you begin your free trial period, you may pay your account at any
time from your member control panel. Simply go to the "Pay Your Account"
page and fill out the form. If you would like to skip the 7 day trial,
go directly to your control panel and click the "Pay Your Account"
button. Follow the checkout instructions. We accept Credit Cards, PayPal,
Bank Transfers, Money Orders and Personal Checks.

Photo Album Questions...
|

How do I load photos to my Photo Album?
|
|
|
 |
Make sure your images are not smaller than 350 pixels wide and the file
size is not larger than 100k (20-50k works best). Files larger than 100k
will be rejected from our system.
Go to the "Edit Your Photo Album" page and use the form buttons
to browse for the JPG or GIF files located on your computer's hard drive,
floppy disk or CD. Write a description of your photo and then click the
Submit button.
Detailed instructions can be found in your member control panel.
If you are not able to edit your file sizes or would like us to load
your albums for you, simply E-mail the images to us and we will complete
your album for no extra charge.

How often may I update my Photo Album?
|
|
|
 |
You may update your photo album anytime and as many times as you like
during the course of your membership. Updates are free and unlimited.
