What is Fantasy Baseball?

Fantasy Baseball is a game that gives you the chance to become owner, general manager and manager of your own team without the multi-million dollar expansion fee. You'll draft a team of real baseball players and compete against other owners for your league championship. During the season, you can trade players, add free agents and cut under-achieving stars in an attempt to put the best possible team on the field each day. The game rules follow those found in the majors, so you get the chance to experience the same highs and lows real front office personnel do in their quest to win a championship.

What benefits do I have as a commissioner?

As a commissioner, you can control virtually every aspect of your league. You decide who can join and are in control of all league settings, including roster size, scoring options, trade deadlines and more.

How much does Fantasy Baseball PLUS cost?

In Fantasy Baseball PLUS, the commissioner can pay for an entire league of up to 20 teams for $124.95 — a discount of up to 75% per team. Additionally, individual owners may purchase their first team for $24.95, with all additional teams on the same Yahoo! ID discounted by 50%.

What is the difference between Fantasy Baseball PLUS and Free Fantasy Baseball?

Fantasy Baseball PLUS is a full-featured game that allows commissioners complete control over their league settings and scoring options. It includes real time scoring with StatTracker™, our Draft Kit and Weekly Insider Newsletter, Wireless Access, expanded research and analysis, and trophies for all league winners. Our free Fantasy Baseball game also affords commissioners almost complete control, but does not include the extra features listed above -- although some (StatTracker™, the Draft Kit, etc.) may be added for a small fee.
