Victory Junction Gang Camp
Founded by Kyle and Pattie Petty in honor of their son,
fourth-generation NASCAR driver Adam Petty. The mission of VJGC is to
enrich the lives of children with chronic or life-threatening illnesses
by creating a racing-themed camp experience that is memorable, exciting,
empowering, physically safe and medically sound.
Speedway Children’s Charities
Provides funds to organizations like Victory Junction Gang Camp and Make-A-Wish in addition to hundreds of other charities that meet the direct needs of children with medical, educational or social challenges. SCC best impacts children’s lives by supporting organizations working tirelessly to see that their needs are met and that no child is left behind regardless of illness, social environment or disability.
Speediatrics
A NASCAR themed pediatric unit at Halifax Medical Center in Daytona Beach and Homestead Hospital in Miami. The units are equipped with top-flight equipment and staff. In surroundings designed by NASCAR First Lady Betty Jane France, youngsters literally race to recovery in a fun-filled facility often visited by top NASCAR drivers.
