Pricing
- When we recieve your fixture(s), we will run an inspection and call you with an estimate. We do not like to quote any prices over the phone as there are just too many variables. However, we can try to give you a ballpark figure so you can determine if you wish to ship your fixture(s).

Electrical Damage
- This is the most common issue. Damage to the electrical system of your fixture(s) may be caused by several things such as worn sockets, frayed or torn wires causing an electrical short, or possible other causes. Again, it is difficult to determine the exact cause without inspection. While you may give us the correct symptoms, the causes must be determined by our professional staff. Please call us toll free to discuss your concerns. Most often, your fixture(s) will require new sockets and wiring.

Body Damage
- This is the second most common issue we find. Your fixture(s) may be dented or otherwise damaged but usually can be repaired. If your fixture is an antique with replacement parts no longer being produced on the market, the solution may be to change several parts so they will match more evenly. The issues must be determined by inspection. Please call us toll free to discuss your concerns.

Refinishing
- In order to refinish your fixture(s), the old lacquer, if applied, must be stripped completely. The entire fixture must then be repolished, resurfaced and if requested, relacquered. Some finishes are no longer available but we have many options which will closely match. You may also decide to choose a new finish to give your fixture(s) a fresh look. We will discuss this further when you call.

Resizing
- Sometimes people move and wish to take their fixture(s) with them to their new homes or businesses however, the spatial requirements in the new location may be different. For this reason, it is sometimes necessary to resize part or all of the fixture, such as the main stem and/or arm lengths, so that the fixture(s) hang properly and coordinate with the new location.
We will ask for your input as to the correct resized measurements and effect the necessary changes. This may not be possible on some fixtures, so please, do not assume anything before calling in.

Altering Fitter Sizes
- If you are looking to alter your fixture(s) to accommodate for larger or smaller glass size, the fitters, or glass holders, must be changed to the right size. This requires extensive work as the sockets will undoubtedly need to be removed prior to installing the new fitters.
You might decide that your glass shades are no longer appropriate and would like the fixture to now accommodate for fabric shades. This may require changing your standard sockets to smaller, candelabra based or extendable sockets. If this is required, rewiring will of course be necessary.
