If your speakers fail to function properly during the warranty period, we will replace or repair them (at our discretion) if there are no signs of mistreatment or misuse.

We built them, so we'll fix them!
We believe in our quality and our warranty proves that!

Other name brands sold at HomeTheater2U will be under the standard manufacturer's warranty. Before returning any merchandise to HomeTheater2U, please call us at (480) 838-3881 or email us at info@hometheater2u.com to acquire an authorization number and further instructions.

  • Shipping charges to HomeTheater2U will be paid by the customer.
  • Shipping charges to the customer will be paid by HomeTheater2U.

Warranty will be automatically registered at the time of ordering for FBS and Phoenix products. There is no need for additional paperwork.
