If for any reason you are not satisfied with your FBS or Phoenix high end speakers, we will give you your money back! Just ship your undamaged, unharmed speakers back to us in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase, and we will refund your credit card for the speakers' price along with the shipping costs.
Please note that return shipping charges are your responsibility ( we have to do this to prevent the ordering system been abused ). However, we can arrange for UPS to pickup the high end speakers and charge you the same low flat fee as the shipping cost to your address. The rest of the actual shipping cost is on us.
Returned speakers must be in their originally packaged condition and be appropriately authorized or they will not be accepted. You may obtain an authorization number by calling us at (480) 838-3881, or emailing us at return@hometheater2u.com. You will receive further instructions from us after receiving our authorization.
Due to the high cost & low profit margin of the Marantz VP-12s2 DLP projector, we will charge a 5% restocking fee for returns not caused by defects, and the shipping cost is not refundable in any case.
