Barcelona is an excellent location for a vacation for a short or medium term break with it's plethora of bars, nightlife and cultural events. It seems never a week goes by without something new happening here.
A last minute holiday does not have to be expensive either. Ryan Air and EasyJet fly here and if you are two or more people, sharing an apartment can work out at a great price. If you manage to find discounted accommodation too (check below - some places are discounted), then you really have done well.
