colour should I chose? |

you should discuss with your designer before
beginning a design.

designers are professionals with many years

can I do to help the designer? |

It
is important to give as much information as
possible to the designer about your company
and the image you want. Give the designer
good feedback when you receive your samples.
If you have idea's or samples of the type
of logo you would like, please send them to
the designer or upload them in your client
area.

We
use paypal at the present time. If you do
not have a paypal account you can email the
staff and ask about alternatives. After you
have filled out the order from, you will be
asked for payment. We do not begin a design
until payment has been secured.

| I
have paid, now what should I do? |
|
|
After payment has been made, you will receive
an email containing your password and username
along with an invoice for your records of
the payment you have made. Once your samples
have been completed the designer will email
you and let you know.

| How
long will it take to get my finished design? |
|
|
It
takes time to develop an image, the designer
looks at many different factors and tries
to gain knowledge of your business. It takes
about 5 business days to develop your samples
and from there you may want some revisions
on those first designs. If you need your design
ASAP please contact our administration.

| What
do I get for my money? |
|
|
Depending
on what package you have chosen, you will
receive your logo that you can download and
a cd with your design will be mailed to you.
|
|
| What
if something happens and I lose my design? |
|
|
|
We keep a backup of all designs that we have
done, so please email the administration and
we will help you. |
