R-Excel Demo is feature-limited R-Excel version that allows you to evaluate how R-Excel recovers damaged Microsoft Excel sheets. R-Excel Demo displays recovered/reconstructed *.xls files but you cannot save them on a hard drive, CD, floppy, etc.

- Standard Windows Explorer - style interface.
- Host OS: Windows 98, ME, NT, 2000, XP, 2003.
- Supported *.xls file formats: Microsoft Excel 97/2000/XP/2003.
- Automatic or manual search for Excel sheets. R-Excel searches for Excel sheets on all (including network) disks visible by the host operating system.

- Searching for Microsoft Excel files:
R-Excel searches for MS Excel files and adds them to its Tree View automatically. Also MS Excel sheets can be added manually.
- Sheet recovery:
A MS Excel sheet can be recovered by double clicking the selected *.xls file. The file content is displayed in the right tab as an MS Excel sheet (installed MS Excel required) and can be saved by an R-Excel registered version either as an MS Excel file.
