- This is not a large amount to wager
considering that the average player will wager 40 X his original
Deposits during any one session.
- This offer includes all Maple Casino
games except Blackjack ie. Wagers on Blackjack do not fulfill
your obligation with regard to the total amount wagered. PLEASE
NOTE : wagers on Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack and Craps
do not fulfill your obligation with regard to the total amount
wagered on your initial match deposit, but wagers on Baccarat,
Roulette and Craps DO fulfill your obligation with regard
to the total amount wagered on your subsequent deposits.
- Using the promotional bonus for no
risk wagers or to wager on Roulette, Progressive Roulette,
Sic Bo, Baccarat, or Craps does not fulfill your obligation
with regard to the total amount wagered prior to cash in.
- This purchase bonus is valid in conjunction
with other promotional bonus offers.
- Management reserves the right to change
the offer, adjust bonus terms and conditions, or deny a promotional
bonus due to player misuse or abuse.
- This offer is only good for the purchaser
and is not transferable.
- The maximum total NETeller, Wire Transfer,
FirePay and Credit Card bonus payable in a month is $3000.00.
- If a player fails to qualify for the
15% bonus in the case of NETeller, Payspark, Click2Pay, UseMyBank,
MoneyBookers and Wire Transfer as per the terms and conditions
listed above, the bonus will automatically be deducted from
the player's balance on cashing in or on a subsequent purchase.
- If a player fails to qualify for the
10% bonus in the case of NETeller InstaCash Deposits, as
per the terms and conditions listed above, the bonus will
automatically be deducted from the player's balance on cashing
in or on a subsequent purchase.
- If a player fails to qualify for the
5% bonus in the case of Debit Card, Visa / Master Card and
FirePay Deposits, as per the terms and conditions listed
above, the bonus will automatically be deducted from the
player's balance on cashing in or on a subsequent purchase.
- For all subsequent Deposits the terms
and conditions will apply to each and every purchase bonus
separately.
- Maple Casino management reserves
the right to determine whether play has been deemed to be
promotion abuse even though there may have been compliance
with the above terms and conditions. In addition non compliance
with the above terms and conditions shall be deemed to be
promotion abuse. As such in both of these cases, Maple Casino
Management has the right at its sole discretion to take the following action
against such abusers :
- All winnings on all accounts opened will be null and void
and all cash-ins will be cancelled where a player has been
deemed abusive.
- Abusing player accounts may be terminated with immediate
effect.
- Players found to be abusing promotions may be barred from
receiving further promotional offers at the casino.
- In the event that the casino deems a player to have misused
a casino account for the exploitation of promotional offers,
without ever demonstrating any degree of risk with personal
funds or serious intention to play, the redemption of all such
promotional offers, including but not limited to sign-up bonuses,
will be suspended until such times as the player demonstrates
a purchase history at the casino.
- We contribute to and make use of a shared industry database
of promotion abusers and fraudsters. Individuals known from
this database will not be eligible for any promotional offers
and the casino reserves the right to lock their account and
refuse access to the casino.
- Information on known promotion abusers may be forwarded to
Proc-Cyber Services (PCS) and Borth Holdings Ltd, our e-cash
partners and may result in such player being barred from receiving

- If, while playing at this casino,
you win a sum regarded by the casino management as worthy
of publicity, you agree to make yourself available for any
event of such a nature arranged by the casino. At all times,
the casino will do its utmost to protect your privacy.
- While the casino protects all personal
data entrusted to us we reserve the right to use Players
first names and last initial (e.g. Mary J) in any casino

- In the event of any dispute, the decision

Time (GMT-5), unless otherwise stated.
- Because NO
purchase is required, and the winnings returned could be
sizable, the total winnings on all NO-DEPOSIT bonuses are
limited to $500 maximum. Should the player win in excess
of $500, the excess will be removed from the players account
before fulfilling the cashin.
