Located in the Chugach Mountains surrounded by the National Forest and Wildlife Refuge, Gwin's is 40 miles east of Soldotna. It's right off the Sterling Highway at Cooper Landing near the mouth of the Russian River. The food is a treat. They specialize in home made soups, pies, and great sandwiches. The portions are generous and they have good beers on tap.
