your account for payment of your phone. your account is debited on
19th (payment due on 20th). For billing inquiries call 26550.

For a better budget control over your
fixed telephone line at home, TVL provides you an ideal tool to manage
your phone usage more effectively. It works with Telecards (pre-paid
card) that can be purchased from TVL or any of our resellers in town.
10, 20, 40, 60, 80 and 120 units Telecards are available. You simply pay
as you go. You can make and receive both national and overseas calls.
You are only charged Vt1,575 for the monthly rental.

Pre-paid
solutions for Business:
(mobile telephony)
SMILE Business is the pre-paid solution for
mobile phones in your business. With
Smile Business, you simply
decide how much communication credit you wish to allocate to each mobile
telephone in your company and each telephone account is automatically
credited every month. Details are provided on your telephone bill.
The
minimum communication credit per month is Vt 2,000. Although the account
will be credited with Vt 2,100 including a bonus of Vt 100 and unused
credit. The amount can be changed on a monthly basis and free of charge.
You
can have different amounts per account. The credit is not refundable but
rolls over to the next month.
The
set-up fee is Vt 4,000, unless the company has already subscribed to Smile
Rifil or Smile Premium, in that case the change to Smile Business is free
of charge.

the solution for your company: it’s simple, easy and it puts you in
control of all your mobile telephone expenses.

Q.
If I have accumulated a credit balance, can I take that in cash or TVL
products?
A.
No_ but you may use the credit for telephone calls in the normal way.
Q.
If I decide to stop paying the monthly refill, is my phone disconnected?
A.
No_ your phone becomes a SMILE RIFIL and the phone can be topped up in the
normal way. Dial 171 to interrogate your balance and validity period.

What if I want a printout of
calls made?
A.
This is available on request to the registered user_ in this case your
company.
Q.
How do I find out the remaining balance? employee
A.
Dial 171 on the phone and listen to the auto prompt.

Can my employee "roam" overseas?
A.
No_ not as prepaid but as a corporate employee of your company.
TVL will at your request, convert the account to post paid. This
can not then be converted back to pre paid.
Q.
If the employee wishes to refill the account with his own money to make
personal calls, how does he do this?

Q.
If the employee runs out of credit, can I still call him?
A.
Yes_ provided you remain on SMILE BUSINESS plan, the employee's validity
period will not expire.
Q.
Can SMS be sent?
A.
SMILE BUSINESS can receive SMS but can not send SMS at the moment. TVL
intends to introduce this in the future.
Q.
Can SMILE BUSINESS make international calls?
A.
Yes_ you can choose bar international if you wish.
Q.
If the employee runs out of credit,
what then?
A.
You can either: a) re-credit with a scratch card (Rifil card)
b) re-credit by cash at TVL
c) adjust the amount for the following month.
Q.
Who is the telephone number registered to?
A.
It's registered to your company, but a White Pages entry can identify your
employee.
Q.
The employee leaves my company, can I have the phone disconnected &
reassign the credit to another phone?
A.
No_ it's your responsibility to recover the SIM card and this can be
reassigned to another employee with the remaining credit.

SMILE
VISITOR Welcome Pack is a new service for visitors. It allows them to
bring their own mobile phone and get connected straight away to the Smile
network.
The
Welcome Pack contains 1 Refill User Guide, 1 SIM card and a credit of Vt6,500=AUD80
(i.e. up to one hour calls on off-peak rate to Australia, NC, NZ and
Fiji).
The
Smile Visitor Welcome Pack are available from the Post Office, Telecom
House and commercial outlets. Price: Vt8,000=AUD100 (VAT incl.)

Q. What is Fon Refil?
A. Fon refill is a pre-paid
fixed telephone service
Q. How do I refil the account?
A. Cheques/cash paid to TVL
will be credited to the phone line account within 24 hours.
Q. How do I check the balance
on the account?
A. Dial 172 and listen to the
voice prompt.
Q. Can I use Telecard from a
Fon Refil line
A. Yes - even if no balance
remains on the Fon Refil - you can still dial 801, 802 or 803 to
make a Telecard call.
Q. If I run out of credit when
TVL is closed - how can I refill my account?
A. TVL sells Fon Refil Scratch
Cards, which provide a 14 digit secret number allowing me the
refil.
Q. Will SMILE Rifil Cards work
on Fon Refil?
A. No - these are different
Scratch Cards and not interchangeable.
Q. How do I configure different
features (such as Language)?
A. Dial 175 and follow the
voice prompts.
