What is GroupFTP?
GroupFTP is the latest technology for group file communications. It combines a powerful file transfer engine with scalable capabilities for group file transfers with automation, scheduling, priority setting, as well as error-reporting and compression. The System can pay for itself in just a matter of days.
If you transfer groups of files or communicate with multiple locations, GroupFTP is the ideal solution for you. You can visit the FAQ page to find out more or contact us for more information or a test drive.
Why conventional FTP is not enough
When you send files...
You may be able to deliver files to a number of recipients by providing them with a download link for all. This does not work well if the files are different for each recipient. Conventional FTP does not have Push-down capability; and E-mail attachment is not practical to handle large number of recipients or large files.
When you receive files...
The need often arises when others want to send files to you. FTP is one of the most popular ways people transmit files. Using FTP requires the users to have technical training in setting up the client software. It also requires costly manual monitoring to ensure successful transmission.

- Transmission failures and lost files
- It is not designed for novice users
- Each client needs to be configured
- Requires costly manual monitoring
- Lack of centralized control of clients
- Offers no Push-down capability
