WHAT'S NEW AT THE DOO?

(See our Events Calendar for details)

You speed demons will want to watch for our new timed race course that will be up for the year this year on weekends and holidays on the Show Off Run as snow level allows. The race course will be available for individuals as well as for teams and Hoodoo race clinics. At the Autobahn we will have a speed gun timing you speedsters on tubes.  Oregon's Telefestival has moved to Hoodoo this year with Jan 8-9 designated as Telefest Weekend. Feb 11-13 celebrates Hoodoo's 25th anniversary Winter Carnival. Plans are in place to make it bigger and better than ever. Fresh from Europe Airboard is planning on holding its first American Airboard World Series. If you don't know what Airboarding is, check it out at our rental counter. The Burton boys will be showing off their wares at the Burton Demo Day on March 20, and Verizon is making plans to hold luge demonstrations that may include Olympic participants in mid March. These are only the new items added or expanded this year. We have plenty other items like Alpine and Nordic racing, skiing under the lights, Tightwad Tuesdays and lots, lots, more. In addition watch for improvements on the mountain with several improved runs, and an expanded Autobahn.
