I. NEW ACCOUNT PROBLEMS Validation Email: not receiving yours?
If you have not received your validation email, please use this form to request a new validation code.
You may also want to check your e-mail filter settings. If you have a Bulk or Junk folder for your e-mail account, check there. After checking (and altering the filter settings, if necessary) request a new Validation e-mail. Note: Many ISP's have a default spam filter that might be on even if you never turned it on.
For more information on troubleshooting validation email problems please read this FAQ.
Still haven't received your validation email? Email Accounts
Experiencing login problems with your new account?
If you are having trouble logging into your new ezboard account, make sure you have followed the instructions in the validation email we sent you after you created the account. If you have not received the validation email, please review the trouble shooting steps outlined in the Validation Email FAQ.
If you no longer have access to the email you used to make the account, or you made a typo in the email, you can use the secret question and answer option on the forgot password page to have the validation code resent to you. We will need to ask this question to verify it is your account, if the emails do not match.
If you have intentionally entered in an invalid email address you will need to create a new account. Click here to create a new ezboard account. Please note there is a limit of one account per email address for free (non-ezSupporter) users.
For more information on troubleshooting new account login problems please read this FAQ.

If you are having problems logging into your ezboard account or you are having problems staying logged into your account, there are several possible solutions:
Local or Global Account:

For more information about Local accounts, please see the FAQ.
Date:
Verify that the date on your computer's operating system is correct. Please follow these instructions:
1. Click on the Start button
2. Click on the Settings
3. Select the Control Panel
4. Click on the Date and Time
5. Change it accordingly from here.
Double-check the date even if you are certain it is correct. Sometimes date settings seem to change for no obvious reason.
Cookies:
1. Try deleting your cookies. Please follow these instructions to delete your cookies.
2. Then log in from here: http://login.ezboard.com/BBSUser.fromWeb (if you are a global user) or from the ezboard where you registered your account (if you are a local user).
3. If you still are prompted by login screens when you are in your Control Center, go back to the homepage (http://www.ezboard.com ) or from the ezboard where you registered your account (if you are a local user) and try logging in again.
ezboard Cookies and frames don't mix, so you cannot stay logged in when viewing a board in frames (such as, linking through a web site). If you right click your mouse button in the frame, and select "Properties", you will see the URL of the ezboard. Highlight that URL, copy and paste it into the address box of your browser in order to view the board and stay logged into your account.
