Dining
Picasso - Picasso is one of only two Las Vegas restaurants to have earned the prestigious American Automobile Association’s Five Diamond Award (2002). In addition, Picasso was awarded the Mobil Five-Star Award for the third consecutive year, one of only 14 restaurants in North America. The award-winning restaurant features the memorable Mediterranean cooking of Chef Julian Serrano. Before joining Bellagio, Chef Serrano held the position of executive chef at the Four-Star Masa’s in San Francisco. Chef Serrano’s cuisine is inspired by the regional cuisine of France and Spain where Picasso spent much of his life. The restaurant boasts a wine cellar stocked with bottles from the finest European vineyards. Picasso masterpieces, as well as a collection of his charming ceramic pieces, further delight the senses of diners enjoying the Picasso experience.
Le Cirque - Chef Marc Poidevin, formerly the Chef de Cuisine at New York's legendary Five-Star Le Cirque 2000, presents classic Le Cirque cuisine with contemporary influences at Bellagio. Created by Sirio Maccioni, known as the world’s most charismatic restaurateur, the Mobil Four-Star restaurant invites guests to indulge and relish world-class wines, haute cuisine and luxurious service in an intimate setting. Exuding a celebratory mood, Le Cirque’s opulent dining room, designed by Adam D. Tihany, is complemented by a breathtaking panoramic view of Bellagio’s lake. Enhanced with playful colors and geometric shapes, Le Cirque at Bellagio is a continuation of the Maccioni family’s tradition of excellence.
Circo - At Circo, the second generation of the Maccioni family, Mario, Marco and Mauro, introduce their wildly popular New York restaurant to Bellagio guests. Homestyle Tuscan food inspired by Egidiana Maccioni is created daily by Executive Chef Poidevin and his talented staff. The wine cellar stores more than 500 selections of premium wine representing every region of the world. Circo, also designed by Mr. Tihany, is delightfully whimsical, vibrant and fun. Like Le Cirque, it too offers stunning views inspired by the romantic milieu of Lake Como, Italy.
Aqua - Michael Mina and Charles Condy bring their acclaimed Mobil Four-Star seafood restaurant Aqua to Bellagio. Featuring the seafood preparations of Chef Mark Lo Russo, former Sous Chef of the Four-Star California location, Aqua is located adjacent to The Bellagio Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, a soaring classical interior garden space. Designer Tony Chi created a dynamic environment incorporating rare wood, terrazzo tile and sumptuous fabrics. Aqua showcases two commissioned paintings by the world famous Robert Rauschenberg, Aquacade and Dog House.
Olives - Todd English and Olives, his renowned casual Mediterranean restaurant based in Boston, have been often recognized over the years by the dining public. In 1998, Chef English introduced Las Vegas to his delectable dishes at Olives, strategically positioned within the Via Bellagio shopping arcade, offering shoppers an upbeat respite for meeting, eating and relaxing. A dazzling chandelier and glass display designed and crafted by Peter Shire, the only American member of the Italian Memphis Group, is part of the magnificent atmosphere at Olives. The café features a delightful patio overlooking Bellagio’s lake and the mesmerizing dancing fountains.
Prime Steakhouse - With Prime Steakhouse, award-winning Four-Star chef and restaurateur Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Executive Chef Kerry Simon have vowed to bring steakhouse dining to new heights. The highest quality meats, seafood and chops are complemented by an extensive, meticulously selected wine list. Designed by Michael DeSantis, the stylish dining room is adjoined by a garden patio and a handsome bar at the entrance leads guests into the speakeasy-style 1930’s chophouse. The spectacular art gracing this space includes three commissioned paintings by Carlo Maria Mariani, a George Deem and a Michael Gregory, as well as a stunning, five-paneled water-themed canvas screen executed by Joseph Raffael.
Jasmine - This contemporary gourmet Chinese restaurant is designed with subtle European influences and is flanked on three sides by spectacular garden and lake views. Chef Philip Lo, an originator of nouvelle Hong Kong cuisine, delights guests with his spectacular, modern interpretations of Cantonese, Szechwan and Hunan cuisine. The dining room features authentic, as well as exquisitely replicated, Chinese art.
Shintaro - Shintaro’s modern dining room overlooks the lake and is highlighted by natural stone floors, a unique sushi bar which appears to be floating on dazzling blocks of ice and an in-wall aquarium complete with live jellyfish. A fully stocked bar features a unique selection of Japanese beers and premium sakes. Chef Sean O’Connell prepares teppan yaki, sushi and multi-course Pacific Rim tasting menus. The paintings of Frank Owens and a commissioned amber glass sculpture by Martin Blank further enhance the magic of Shintaro.
Noodles - Tony Chi’s design brings the traditional noodle kitchens of Asia to Bellagio. Authentic regional noodle dishes from Thailand, Japan, China and Vietnam are created by Executive Chef Hisham Johari and his expert team. In addition to serving traditional Asian specialties, the always-popular Chinese dim sum is available from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
The Petrossian Bar - From afternoon tea to the finest caviar, champagne and smoked salmon, this lavish bar with its beautiful interior and impeccable service will soon earn a reputation as the ultimate meeting place. The Petrossian Bar is located adjacent to the resort’s dramatic entryway accented by Italian Cypress trees and a balustraded walkway.
