Staubach Capital Partners specializes in unique sale-leaseback and credit tenant lease transactions that allow investment-grade owner-users to free up the equity they have in real estate assets while maintaining control of their facility.
Staubach Capital Partners buys NNN leased, investment-grade, single-tenant properties at fair market value and leases them back to the seller, effecting a bondable net lease customized to fit a company’s requirements for as long as it needs the facilities. In so doing, we can eliminate the company’s need to tie up capital or credit in land or buildings. Because Staubach Capital Partners is a principal in each transaction, we are able to structure purchases creatively and execute them with efficiency.
