- You must ensure that the offers

- Your website must provide link to
C-STAR website and will also accept links from the C-STAR website.
- You can join by invitation only.
Admission is at the sole discretion of the C-STAR management.
- All decisions taken by the C-STAR
management, from time to time, will be final and binding on you.
