Dining and Flowers - Earn up to 500 Miles

Here is how it works:

• Register online first (Registration begins January 14, 2005).*
• Complete 3 qualified dining transactions from January 14 through March 31, 2005.
• Make three purchases using the Teleflora’s Flower Club with delivery dates between January 14 and March 31, 2005.
• Members will earn 250 Bonus Miles after completing 3 dining transactions and 250 Bonus Miles after 3 orders from Teleflora’s Flower Club are delivered for a total of up to 500 Bonus Miles.

*Registration must be completed before the dining transactions and the flower delivery dates.

Terms and Conditions

1. Transaction Requirements:
   • All transactions must earn WorldPerks miles to count in this promotion.
   • Purchases from Teleflora’s Flower Club must be made via www.nwa.flowerclub.com/, www.nwa.com/mall/offer/gifts/FlowerClub.html , or by calling 1-800-642-1112.
   • All transactions from Teleflora’s Flower Club must be delivered after registration and between January 14 and March 31, 2005.
   • All Dining For Miles transactions must be completed after registration and between January 14 and March 31, 2005.
   
   
2. Mileage Posting:
   • A maximum of 500 Bonus Miles per WorldPerks account will be awarded for this promotion; 250 Bonus Miles from Dining For Miles and 250 Bonus Miles from Teleflora’s Flower Club.
   • Posting of the 250 Bonus Miles from Dining For Miles transactions will take place up to 6-8 weeks after the end of the promotion. The miles will be reflected as “Dining Bonus" on your WorldPerks Mileage Summary.
   • Posting of the 250 Bonus Miles from Teleflora Flower Club will take place at the same time as your third transaction. The miles will be reflected as “Flower Bonus” on your WorldPerks Mileage Summary.
   • Please allow 6-8 weeks for WorldPerks miles to post to your WorldPerks account. Northwest is not responsible for partner posting delays.
   • All participating partner program terms and conditions apply.
