Phillip Dunkelberger, Chief Executive Officer & President

Mr. Dunkelberger has extensive technology and security industry expertise. He served as CEO of PGP Inc., the original PGP software startup, and as Vice President of Sales at Symantec Corporation. Most recently, Mr. Dunkelberger served as Entrepreneur-In-Residence at DCM-Doll Capital Management. He also served as President and CEO of Embark, a Web-based recruitment and admissions software company, and as President and COO of Vantive Corporation, a vendor of enterprise customer relationship management (CRM) software products. He serves on the Horn Group’s Advisory Council, Project Arena’s Advisory Board, and TechNet’s CEO Cybersecurity Task Force. Mr. Dunkelberger has a B.A. in Political Science from Westmont College.

Alex Doll, Chief Financial Officer & Vice President Business Development

Most recently, Mr. Doll was Senior Vice President of Sales, Business Development, and Support at Embark, a Web-based recruitment and admissions software company. Prior to that, he was involved in the strategic planning and execution of corporate partnering and investment programs for PeopleSoft Inc., and he held various positions in the financial services industry in Silicon Valley, including stints in the Investment Banking group at Robertson, Stephens & Co. and Technology Research at Dresdner RCM Capital Management. Mr. Doll has a B.S. in Telecom Systems Engineering and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania. He earned his M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Jon Callas, Chief Technology Officer & Chief Security Officer
Mr. Callas served as Chief Scientist at PGP Inc. and as CTO of the Network Security Division for Network Associates Technologies Inc. Mr. Callas served as Director of Software Engineering at Counterpane Internet Security Inc. and was a co-architect of Counterpane’s Managed Security Monitoring system. Most recently, he was Senior Systems Architect at Wave Systems Corporation. His career includes work at Digital Equipment Corporation, World Benders, and Apple Computer. He is the principal author of the Internet Engineering Task Force’s (IETF’s) OpenPGP standard and a writer and frequent lecturer on system security and intellectual property issues. Mr. Callas has a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Maryland.

Olivia Dillan, Group Vice President Technology
Ms. Dillan is an expert in product development, operations, and services. She has been responsible for many successful, award-winning products in the areas of security, electronic commerce, application servers, database management systems, application development tools, and new media tools and applications. Most recently, she was Vice President of Engineering at ServGate Technologies Inc., where she led the team responsible for ServGate's award-winning security products, receiving PC Magazine's Editor's Choice award, among others. Prior to ServGate, she held key senior executive positions, including Co-founder and COO at Model N, VP of Engineering at the NetDynamics Business Unit of Sun Microsystems, VP of the New Media Tools & Applications Division at Oracle, VP of Product Development at PGP Inc., and VP of Core Product Development at ASK/Ingres (now Computer Associates). Ms. Dillan graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Computer Science from Hunter College in New York.

Doug McLean, Vice President Products
Mr. McLean most recently served as Vice President of Corporate Marketing at Postini, a leading provider of enterprise email anti-spam and anti-virus perimeter solutions. Prior to Postini, he served as Vice President for Launch Pad. He has also held management positions at Xerox Corp., Apple Computer, and Hewlett-Packard. Mr. McLean has a B.S. and M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University as well as an MBA from Dartmouth College-Amos Tuck School.

Steve Abbott, Vice President Worldwide Sales
Mr. Abbott was Director of OEM & International Sales at PGP Inc., where he executed key customer and technology alliances. Prior to joining PGP Corporation, Mr. Abbott held positions as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Vidius Inc. and at FFWD in Silicon Valley. He also held various sales positions at Symantec Corporation, both in the United States and in the United Kingdom. Mr. Abbott has "A Level" physics and mathematics from Yuet Wah College in Hong Kong.

Will Price, Vice President Engineering
Mr. Price was one of the founding members of PGP Inc., where he managed the development organization. Most recently, Mr. Price was Director of Engineering at Network Associates Technologies Inc., where he managed the PGP Corporate Desktop, Wireless, Keyserver, and eBusiness Server development teams. He was an architect for PGP Desktop products, especially the PGP VPN, PGP Firewall, and PGP Intrusion Detection clients. Mr. Price has a B.A. from Pomona College and an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Southern California.

Mike Doherty, Vice President Technical Operations
Mr. Doherty was the Senior Director of Operations at PGP Inc., where he managed manufacturing and customer field support. Most recently, Mr. Doherty was Vice President of Product Development and Operations at VPNX.com and served as Vice President of Worldwide Technical Operations at Vantive Corporation. He also served as a Senior Director of Systems Engineering and Sales Operations at Symantec Corporation and as Senior Project Engineer/Manager at Apple Computer. Mr. Doherty holds industry certifications for CCNA and CCNP from Cisco Systems and MCP, MCSA, and MCSE certifications from Microsoft Corporation.

Rajiv Dholakia, Vice President Strategy & Solutions
Most recently, as Vice President of Engineering at Cenzic, Mr. Dholakia led the development of tools for assessing, testing, and remediating application security vulnerabilities. Prior to Cenzic, he was Vice President of Product Development and later CTO at ValiCert, a leading provider of secure authentication, messaging, and collaboration software. While at ValiCert, Mr. Dholakia created, implemented, and oversaw the products, secure data center, and solutions that drove ValiCert's annual revenues from zero to $24 million. In addition, he has held executive positions at TestDrive, Taligent/IBM, Sun Microsystems, and IntelliCorp. He has a B.E. in Chemical Engineering from M.S. University in Baroda, India, and did graduate work at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida.  

Andrew Krcik, Vice President Marketing
Mr. Krcik most recently served as Senior Vice President of Products and Marketing at Embark, a Web-based recruitment and admissions software company. Prior to Embark, Mr. Krcik served as Vice President of Marketing for Vantive Corporation, a vendor of enterprise customer relationship management (CRM) software products. In addition, he has run his own consulting venture and has held various management roles at Apple Computer. Mr. Krcik has a B.A. from Santa Clara University.

Kathryn Ringewald, Vice President Human Resources
Ms. Ringewald was Vice President Human Resources and one of the founders of Pets.com, where she was instrumental in helping it become one of the fastest-growing companies in the sector. In addition, she was Director of Human Resources at FormFactor Inc., a semiconductor technology company. Ms. Ringewald has also held senior Human Resources positions at LucasArts Entertainment, Symantec Corporation, and Apple Computer. Ms. Ringewald has a B.A. from Dominican University.
