Depending on the goals of your job search, you can choose a variety of settings that may affect the availability of information you've included in your resume. Our system is unique in that it allows you to block some or all of our member companies from viewing your resume -- ideal if you want to keep your job search confidential.
If you choose to make your resume searchable, your resume and contact information will be available to member companies who are authorized to search the Yahoo! HotJobs database.
To change your search settings, you will need to:
- Click on the "My Resume" tab.
- Click on the "Search Settings" link located on the left side of the page under the Resume Tools section.
- Update your settings and click on "Submit Changes."
If you decide to make your resume private, your resume and contact information will only be visible to those recruiters whose jobs you apply to.
