There is more to Reno than casinos, there is the National Automobile Museum, which has an interesting collection of restored cars dating back to 1934. Also worth exploring are the University of Nevada Campus, the Fleischmann Planetarium, the Nevada Historical Society Museum, Wilbur May Center, and Lake Tahoe - which is great for outdoor sports such as cross country skiing, boating, and fishing. There are plenty of beaches here too making the lake an ideal holiday resort. Other areas to visit around Reno and Tahoe include Incline Village - an elite residential area - the Pyramid Lake has great fishing, the Dunn Hatchery, the Great Stone Mother and Basket.
You can get to Reno by the train, bus, driving or flying. The Reno-Cannon International Airport has flights to many western US cities and some other major US cities.
