Contacting PGP® Support
Customers
may contact PGP technical support during the hours specified in the
type of support they have purchased. For example, PGP Corporate Desktop
customers that have purchased Level 2 Business Day (8x5) incident
support may contact a PGP Support Engineer during business hours and
expect a response within 1hour during the standard business day.
Accessing PGP
Support
After purchasing incident support, customers
receive an email notification of their grant number, which confirms
the type of support purchased and the days/hours during which
they are eligible to access technical support. Customers may then
log into PGP Support at www.pgpsupport.com
using their grant numbers (also called customer support numbers).
Customers that have forgotten or cannot locate their grant numbers
should contact PGP Customer Service for assistance.
