It is just a short drive from Seattle, Washington to either of your starting points - Vancouver, British Columbia or Port Angeles, Washington, as this getaway can be done in either direction. PORT ANGELES - Their motto reads "The Center of It All" as there are so many things to do and see. Explore the seashore, rainforest, lakes, waterfalls, and of course, Olympic National Park. Port Angeles is centrally located on the Olympic Peninsula, making it a good base camp as you explore the area. Highlights of the Olympic National Park include: Hurricane Ridge, Crescent Lake and Sol Duc Hot Springs. If you want to do some walking or biking in the city check out the Olympic Discovery Trail. To keep up to date on what's happening in Port Angeles and the Olympic Peninsula, click here. If you are looking for more to do, Joy at Port Angeles Bed and Breakfast would be glad to assist. . VICTORIA - The capital of British Columbia is like a bit of England, consciously preserved amid the primitive beauty of the Pacific Coast. You will find double-decker buses and horse drawn carriages as well as the natural beauty of Beacon Hill Park and the seawall along Dallas Road. There are many shops selling British fine bone china and it is a tradition to have high tea at the Empress Hotel on the inner harbor. Victoria is elegant and modern but its past is well preserved in museums, art galleries, pioneer homes and grand mansions. The Parliament Buildings which dominate the inner harbor are a sight to behold with all the lights glittering at night. When visiting Victoria, you are more likely to run out of time than things to do. Victoria boasts the mildest climate in Canada and, as a result, offers outdoor activities year round. A variety of activities await you, from whale watching to a walk in a garden, with Butchart Gardens being the premier garden spot to visit. For further information on things to do and see in the Victoria area, contact Joan at Garden Ridge Bed and Breakfast or Sharon at Race View Bed and Breakfast. Garden
Ridge host, David, is author and expert on the hiking guide, "Blisters

VANCOUVER - From thousand-acre Stanley park to historic Gastown, Vancouver is a city that combines natural wonders with cosmopolitan intrigue. The choices abound in the downtown area, whether its the evergreen forest and seaside trails of Stanley Park, the fresh produce and seafood at Granville Market, or the trendy Robson Street shopping area. In summer the Alaska cruise ships dock at Canada Place where you get a spectacular view of the busy harbor. Outside the city, you can see such sites as Grouse Mountain, the quaint fishing village of Steveston or historic Fort Langley. There are winery tours in the Fraser Valley and from New Westminster you can take a paddle-wheeler cruise on the Fraser River. There is so much to see and do. David and Marilyn at the Ocean Rose Bed and Breakfast would be glad to assist with tour arrangements or offer advice on other sites and attractions in the Vancouver area. THIS TOUR CAN BE TAKE IN REVERSE ORDER STARTING IN THE VANCOUVER AREA. Tour Options:
