Worldwide The Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC), and its Executive Office administered by the Bureau of Diplomatic Security (DS), initiated several expanded outreach programs in 2004. OSAC nearly doubled the number of Country Councils to over 100 and increased its constituency base by more than 300 new organizations - exceeding 2,700 constituent organizations and 600 associate members. more...
