The package includes 500MB of server storage to hold your
web site and related materials. Additional storage is available
for a charge of $5 per 50MB per month. 24GB of monthly data
transfer is included with our Basic Hosting package. Additional
data transfer is billed at $5.00 per GB per month.
We host our web sites on a distributed server platform that
eliminates a single server failure from taking your web site
down. Couple that with redundant Internet connections and
routers, plus 24-hour monitoring, and we have a highly reliable
web hosting platform. We guarantee 99.9% web site availability.

Enhanced E-Mail Services
Mercury's Basic Hosting package includes 25 mailboxes. Each
mailbox can hold up to 50MB of message data and includes Virus
Protection, SPAM Filtering, Forwarding, Auto Reply, and Footer
Tagging. Best of all, mailboxes are managed by you through
our easy-to-use Account Manager at https://www.mercury.net/accountmanager.
The forwarding feature can be used to send messages from one
address to another automatically. The auto reply feature can
be used to automatically respond to incoming messages while
on vacation, letting callers know you are out of the office,
and when you will return. When used properly, Mercury's enhanced
e-mail features can improve both intra- and extra-office communication,
improving productivity and customer satisfaction.
All mailboxes are accessible using a standard web browser
pointed at http://webmail.mercury.net.
Mailbox storage and data transfer does not count against the
web site capacities shown above.
