Board
The role of The Mortgage Code Compliance Board (Mortgage
Board) is to ensure that you are fully informed
and adequately protected when taking out a mortgage.
A comprehensive programme of compliance inspection and
compliance liaison visits are conducted each year. Additionally,
'mystery shopping' and other consumer research exercises
are conducted to ensure that consumers are receiving the
full benefits of the Code's protection.
