About CLM

to promote community partnerships in providing quality
leisure facilities.
CLM was established in 1995 in response to opportunities for contract
management of leisure facilities owned by New Zealand local authorities.
One of CLMs major objectives is offering to Council and the
community strong assurance all CLM facilities are run in a manner
that is safe, hygienic and secure with a major emphasis on family
fun and activities.
At CLM we have a proven track record as effective managers capable
of offering totally reliable services with flair and a commitment
to innovation.
CLM's strong team
Since 1995 CLM has developed into a strong team of experienced and
qualified leisure professionals. The company employs over 250 full
and part-time employees and operates nine major leisure facilities.
Included in this team are a number of emerging leaders of the swimming
pool management industry, people who are not only qualified to provide
effective technical management of large aquatic centres, but who are
tuned into the requirements of modern, innovative leisure facility
management.

Recreation Needs Assessment

facilities, to a professional appraisal of the expressed needs and
demands of particular sectors of communities to identify the delicate
point of balance between competing interests.
A particular strength of our company is a background in facilitated
consultation with interest groups to identify and resolve particular

Monitoring and Evaluation
The breadth of experience within our team places us in a unique situation
to assist with monitoring and evaluation of operational and management

Our collective experience in a variety of facility types, in a number
of locations allows us to place facility management in a wide industry
