Services
The Center for Community Outreach and Family Services administers a wide range of programs designed to address social and economic concerns in East Tennessee. Since 1985, grant funding from U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, U.S. Department of Labor, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Tennessee Department of Human Services, Workforce Investment Board, Levi Strauss Foundation and other state and federal agencies have supported programs serving low income youth and families.
