Deposits 

• To secure confirmation a 20% non-refundable deposit of the total booking price is required at the time of booking (50% deposit for bookings over Xmas & New Year).   The full amount of the booking due must be paid by no later than four (4) weeks prior to the date of arrival, otherwise the booking may be treated as being cancelled by the Client.

 Cancellation by the Client 

• Cancellation of a booking must be made in writing.   Please see below for cancellation policy:

The initial confirmation deposit of 50% is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• 30-15 days                                         50% cancellation charges
• 14-17 days                                         75% cancellation charges
• 6-0 days                                            100% cancellation charges

 Cancellations by Connect South Africa 

• In instances where Connect South Africa cannot provide the accommodation booked, the Company will return to the Client all monies paid, which shall constitute the full extent of the Company’s liability to the Client, or the Company may offer the Client an alternative booking of comparable standard. 

 Conditions of Booking 

Connect South Africa acts as an Agent for the hotels and operators concerned upon the express condition that Connect South Africa shall not, in any circumstances, be liable for any loss (consequential or otherwise), damage, injury (whether fatal or not), delay, inconvenience or irregularity caused through the acts or default of the hotels and operators or their employees, servants or agents.  

Extras:  Any additional services, not included in this reservation, such as drinks, meals, telephone costs and additional tours (if applicable) are to be paid for in full by the client.
