Today: Northern/eastern areas cloudy with coastal showers. Best chance of sunny spells in the south/west, especially in the morning.
Tonight: Many places dry, but still with a good deal of cloud. Coastal showers, mainly north and east.
Outlook for Wednesday: Generally dry, rather cloudy, but a few bright/sunny intervals in places. Some coastal showers. Thicker cloud and outbreaks of rain spreading south across Scotland.
